DISABLED NOT COMPENSATED: AN ABSURD OUTCOME FOR VICTIMS AND AN UNFORTUNATELY VULNERABLE POSITION TO FALL IN TO AND OCCUPY

I could arrive at any CNR Switchyard, get the contract switching list and run that crew and the engineman up to 4 times as fast as a back East crew. Get all the work done perfectly, I was 3rd Highball Foreman, of 55, at 23 years old.

I previously have published what happened and how  I was "virtually paralyzed" several times.

The disability which is also called Tonic Immobility and Collapse Immobility causes the afflicted person to be totally or sometimes or fully or partially unable to move. Or movement is possible with great difficulty or for a limited period of time. Or some support is always or nearly always  necessary to walk, stand or even sit sometimes. Or four hours drive and shop and two days of just about absolute immobility are required to recover to be able to walk about or even flit from support to support, or hold yourself up on a Grocery Cart or on a hand truck unloading at home.

I lay paralyzed ( I played Harmonica laying flat) for years from 1970 to 1974. I remember laying in my office at Advanced Method Jewellery Manufacturing between casting cylinders centrifuging in the molten Gold and Silver from 1974 to 1978 and in 1979 I bought the house and acreage at Otter Point BC.

                                                   

I sold the Factory and my gold bars and I bought an unfinished and copper and appliance stripped home on 12 1/2 Acres of hillside and peat bog. I finished it mostly alone, sleeping in my bus during gyproc finishing and in the house except when paint or varnish was drying back in the bus. I finished and installed appliances, had counters built, a Moffat Gourmet Stove, Boeing Bathtub and Pedestal Sinks and finished wood and 15 to 21 foot high ceilings.

There was robbery and arson and I was motorcycleless and my inventory had been stolen, everything for myself and the family burnt up and I had to build another house ordered to do everything as I would not have and at great cost.

I was personally penniless and virtually possessionless and again and again people would pretend that I had not had a one time success and wish to diminish me of owning an unmortgaged home. There was no other way, I had owed half the value of the first house but I had that in jewellery inventory.

I could not owe money on the second home, I was not credit worthy as soon as I had to work on the house and grounds full time. In addition interest rates were 23% per annum.

I had to finish the second home and grounds both left as bloody messes requiring years of work and I worked and put up with the constant demands from my wife and my mother and my brother hid and diverted My Uncles Bequest to me and I did collapse and got sent to the Hospital and operated on for my back but it was the harassment that had Virtually Paralyzed me again.

This is before they were officially taking me down My Mother "If only you were on payments it would be so good for you". The women in my sibling and in-law family and the men they control are batshit crazy. So are the Rednecks on Coke then, Meth now I guess. They were so deep in hatred and had to burn the house of the man (Previous Owner) who got them busted. (Weapons)

I really want to go play Harmonica for a living and write novels or screenplays about it. I seek interesting experience, the over and over again of finishing two houses and the grounds restoral here at Otter Point are hard for a crippled man to do and boring compared to what I had worked to do. Twice now the 1760 then 2100 sq ft homes built for the family  and for me to return to regularly.

My wife, "Your whole family is in agreement you have to start a major business with me as the operator" was the opening statement and 4 years later she said "What will we do now?" as she in charge had lost every last cent and gold bar and 3 years of my forced unpaid labor. I was made to pay her debts and inheritances were additionally stolen.

For God's sake or that of Reason, I had a one time success.

I WAS SITTING AROUND PLANNING LEGAL STRATEGY: HOW CAN YOU STICK THE EVIDENCE SO CLOSE AND HARD ON POLICE AND LAWYERS THAT THE FACTS CANNOT BE DENIED? WHAT THE AUTHORITIES WILL DO TO KEEP THEIR CRIMINAL COLLEAGUES SAFE IS REFUSE TO ACT. THEN IT CAME TO ME INTERNALLY VISUALLY AND AUDIBLY AND EXPERENTIALLY. I KNEW IT AS IT PLAYED OUT LIKE A MOTION PICTURE. 

What the Police and other enforcement officers do to obstruct justice is ignore the actual serious crime which accompanies every victim's loss and creates that. They ignore a starting crime or summary offence or indictable offence which has caused loss or even traumatized the person who has been offended against. 

THE STARTING CRIME COULD BE TRESPASS AND VANDALISM OR FRAUD OR EVEN BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR CAUSING AN ACCIDENT, IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CAUSE AN ACCIDENT WITHOUT BREAKING THE LAW. THAT IS WHAT AN OFFENCE IS!

What seditionist tendencies motivate Law Officers to play with the proper order of Law, what is it, a feeling of invulnerability and a disregard for the rights of the first victim in a situation. To attack the person who proffers evidence and quotes the Law which protects him and indites his tormentor or attacker or  someone who has stolen from him is unlawful and the product of an unsound or insane mind.

POLICE WILL MAGNIFY AND MAKE IMPORTANT THE DISTRESS OF THE OFFENDER IF THEY WANT TO HELP THE OFFENDER OR IF THEY SIMPLY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN AND THEY ARE GOOFING OFF.

WHEN A LAWYER WAS COMMITTING FRAUD AND WHEN A POLICE OFFICER DID THE SAME, ANY FALSE PURPORTATION IS FRAUD: AS I TRIED TO STICK THE EVIDENCE TO THEM BY PRESENTING IT IN COURT, TO MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AND TO POLITICIANS, THE SOOKE RCMP WOULD COME TO MY HOUSE CONSTANTLY BEING DISRUPTIVE, OR DRAG ME OFF AND THERE WAS NEVER AN OFFENCE BY MYSELF AND EVEN WHEN I, YES I MYSELF PROVE IT OR ADVANCE PROOFS IN A CIVIL LITIGATION THE POLICE WOULD ACT IN BELIEF THAT I WAS HARASSING THE PERPETRATOR OR  WHOMEVER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR IGNORING MY PROOFS.

I HAD ONLY  CONTACTED SENIOR SUPERVISORS AND COMPLAINED TO THEM AT THEIR OFFICES BY MEANS OF LETTERS AND THE TELEPHONE. NOW LINKS AND E-MAILS ARE USED INSTEAD. THE LINKS AND E-MAILS ARE DISREGARDED OR DISQUALIFIED, WE NEED YOUR ADDRESS OR NAME. IT IS ON EVERY E-MAIL OR LINK.

THEY CANNOT IGNORE ME AND LAW AND EVIDENCE AND THEN WHINE TO RECEPTIVE POLICE ABOUT BEING ALL HINKIED BY CONTINUAL PROFFERS OF EVIDENCE AND DEMANDS TO HAVE THEIR EXPERTS REBUT MY EVIDENCE NOT JUST DISMISS IT AND MAKE FRAUDULENT COMPLAINTS THAT I AM NOT JUSTIFIED IN DOING WHAT I HAVE TO. I tried to remedy environmental and financial destruction. My super chickenshit MP Keith Martin dodged all representation and advocacy, citing gossip which was deliberately created by my ex-wife and her lawyer Tyler Luccies. He suggested I file a complaint with the RCMP Complaints Commission and I did. Nothing was done and I became the object of a RCMP revenge and false incarceration scheme. The Police raided my home and business repeatedly.

WHEN THE POLICE ARE RAIDING IN REVENGE WHOSE PURPOSE AND PROTECTION IS BEING SERVED? THEIR PURPOSE IS TO AVOID LAWFUL RESPONSIBILITY AND TO AVOID GIVING ME THE EVIDENCE I REQUIRE AND MOST OF ALL TO PUNISH ME FOR DOING WHAT MY MLA SAID I HAD TO DO AND WHAT THE ABSURD PROCESS REQUIRES TO GET AT FRAUDS AND FAKE 911 CALLERS. I PAY $ 100K IN TAXES EVERY YEAR, HALF IS PROPERTY TAX. I AM PAYING THE POLICE SALARIES.

But I had to drop everything.

My useless parasitic wife, long paid off, yes already paid off, and the RCMP and CRD By-Law Officers ( Dogcatchers all, CRD here to take Henry Dog away and kill him in three days) and Sheriffs and Bailiffs were trying to seize my house here at Otter Point. I have Tyler Luccies letter  demanding to be enabled to sell my musical instruments. The most crazy RCMP, micro encephalitic constable Mohammad was here too and then later at my ex- girlfriends place in Victoria: Don`t you want to get even with him said Mohammad. The intent to, the declaration of and the actions  to "give the opposite to what they want and work for" to another being, even an animal  is unnecessary, it is cruel and it should be punished. The problem is that the CRD and the RCMP and BC Law Society regulated Lawyers have enough of those same counter-factual psychopaths in their ranks to always send them to my home, to my business and to prevaricate and practice cronyism and to lie to the courts, another place where contrarians hand out the "opposite''.

I remember seeing a doctor in Sooke BC. I told him that I was a writer, musician and composer and the RCMP and the CRD's Officers had stated that they were  "coming anytime 24/7" and this made concentration on music extremely difficult and the constant watchfullness necessary was fatiguing. I set up my keyboard so as to be able to watch the driveway as I practiced. Two years ago as I showered, there was kicking in my front door going on. The criminally insane deviant By-Law officer said "you didn't answer the door".  THIS DEMONSTRATES AND PROVES THAT ONE HAS TO BE CONSTANTLY VIGILANT, THE OFFICERS DEMAND THAT.

The doctor could not understand how this created a problem, how could hostile armed men who will come 24/7 not create a problem particularly if they had false complaints of "He hates Police"  and act on obviously false complaints.

I constantly remember the French accented "If any doors or windows are open we are coming in." One cannot hear what else is going on during music practice. A composer has to concentrate entirely on creating new music.

FORTY YEARS OF IMMOBILITY AND THE HATE CRIME BEHIND THAT

THE FLOODS IN EASTERN CANADA ARE CREATING SITUATIONS OF TOTAL LOSS WHICH CAUSE PEOPLE TO EXPERIENCE VIRTUAL PARALYSIS. 

The persons who had lost everything they owned were recounting their experience to Television cameras. I was surprised to hear about experiences which had a similar effect on me when my home and all my possessions were destroyed by fire in 1980 at Otter Point BC where I had purchased 12.49 Acres of forested land with a home at the lockup stage of home  construction. 

In the aftermath of the arson of my home and personal and business possessions I was additionally attacked as the same residents who had pilfered and poached and motivated their craziest member of the group to burn down my home. There were statements made confirming that Palfry had threatened to burn the building down before I owned it. The local residents knew this and the Police knew that Dennis Ireland and Palfry had been convicted of a criminal offence on my property before I owned it.

The local residents secured the cooperation of the Capital Region By-Law authorities and I was fraudulently forced to construct a home in a location the other local residents calculated would be a constant problem and huge expense.

It would have been economical and efficient to construct a home on the old foundation but neither the CRD nor my ex-wife would allow that. I had no clothes no shoes no kids clothes, no nothing. I was so ruthlessly exploited and attacked that I had no clothing but rags and $15. canvas shoes. ( I had a suit and a jacket, a shirt, a Volvo tie and a pair of dress shoes for car sales work.) The pressure was on from all sides. I was broke and had to work on protecting the new ruined home from septic flow from the adjacent property.

I collapsed and was treated with a spinal operation and general anaesthetic and then I was unable to resist what was being done to me as my wife and the neighbours ruined everything.

While I was virtually paralyzed, similar to the hopeless helplessness of the flood victims in Eastern Canada in April of 2019, my ex-wife and family members said ``We are taking you down``; when they were through I owed more than I owned and they had stolen 2 Million Dollars of inherited money from me.

MY EX-WIFE THEN WENT DOOR TO DOOR AND TOLD THE NEIGHBOUR WOMEN TO CALL POLICE AND SEND THEM DOWN HERE SO I WILL COLLAPSE AND I DID.

IT IS JUNE 20 2019 AND NOT A SCINTILLA OF CRIME HAS BEEN REMEDIED AND COPS SHERIFFS AND BY-LAW KEEP ON COMING AND I AM SUBJECTED TO DELIBERATE ACTIONS OF BY-LAW AND POLICE AND CRAZY NEIGHBORS WHICH CAUSE COLLAPSE OR SEIZURE. I AM CRIPPLED.

WHO HELPED EPSTEIN SILENCE MANY WITNESSES  and how they did it: I do not know, watch CNN for that.

It is always the aim of criminals to silence their victims and to not have witnesses tell about what they saw and to disable those persons using techniques from lying about them  to murdering them.

Epstein had money to pay and ways of removing a person`s privileges or employment and perhaps even their social life. Thus it was difficult and dangerous to bring attention to Epstein`s crimes you would suffer if you did that. 

The persons who helped with the covering up and silencing statements about wrongdoing are going to face charges as accessories or for witness tampering or obstruction of justice.

HAVE YOU EVER USED COERCION TO SILENCE A VICTIM`S COMPLAINTS IN ANY WAY ANYWHERE.  

YOU COULD BE AN ACCESSORY TO A CRIME. 

JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK THAT THE VICTIM SHOULD NOT BE DISRESPECTING OR REPEATING OR TALKING ABOUT NOTHING ELSE  DOES NOT REMOVE THE CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY. COERCION IS CULPABLE.

When members of my sibling family hid my inheritances from me and stole them in the end, or most of the money and a house in Montreal, I did not get to inherit they said disparaging things about me, they silenced me, they accused me of causing trouble when I objected to the thefts and defamation when I found out. I was kept out of contact with my Paternal Grandfathers Family, probably so they would not find out she outright stole the $10,000. in my Farmers and Merchants Trust account. I was to receive it at 18 but Mother said I was under her authority and took the money. I was going to buy a great building, the money simply sat in the bank, father had all the money my mother would ever need but she was in Authority. I posted every detail accurately.

I SUFFER NOW UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF MY SONS` GIRLFRIENDS OR LIVEINS OR OLD LADIES IN MY DAY.

IF I WOULD SEE MY GRANDSON BENTLEY LINDON IT HAS TO BE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE GIRLFRIEND LEST I ``DISRESPECT HIS GRANDMOTHER ``.  I DID NOT CONTEST THE CUSTODY OF MY CHILDREN, THAT BANKRUPTED MY GIRLFRIEND ANN, I COULD NOT DO THAT. AS A RESULT STUPID, DESIGNED TO BE DIFFICULT, VISITATION SCHEDULES WERE FORCED ON ME.

MY EX-WIFE AND HER CROOK LAWYER ( POSTED) CREATED A DOCUMENT WHICH MADE ME LOOK LIKE A DANGER TO WOMEN AND IF SHE DIED THE CHILDREN WOULD GO TO FOSTER CARE NOT TO ME.

I have that document. I will continue to  expose the criminal activity I was hampered by. I demand the return of all funds, damages for loss of career and criminal charges for all including accessories, people using coercion to silence me in any way. I would charge officials who have disparaged me or even unlawfully ignored me. There are no magic exemptions, any time a person is damaged there will be a law to force restitution or institute punishment for every crime.
