ENVY DOTH ISSUE FORTH FROM GREED

There is Envy which is but a thought and there is Envy which burns with a destructive madness and which kindles the fires of Hatred and Vandalism and Murder and Destruction.

The envious person feels or thinks that the good fortune of others is undeserved and in their Greed the envious would dispossess other undeserving and overly fortunate persons. 

I have heard the statement, ``I just hate such or whatever`` and what is perceptible is that there is Envy in play. The statements along the lines of `` You think you are so great `` are a manifestation of Envy. Envy is a catalyst to promote the creation of more Deadly Sins.

The Ten Commandments have two prohibitions regarding ``Coveting`` the neighbor`s wife or goods which could be considered as being Envy related .

Does Envy proceed so directly from Greed that it is part of Greed. Are there people who are personally greedy who are not envious of other persons. Would Greed be a result of fear of doing without and Envy be a manifestation of Pride slighted and blunted by the fortunate circumstance or success of others.

                                               

PRIDE is another human emotion which is on the List of Seven Deadly Sins which if all it is is a thought or a feeling, what harm might Pride do without Gods to offend and the Gods do not  exist.

PRIDE negatively can be a catalyst which would promote or motivate the commission of truly damaging sins. 

Like Envy or even Hatred, if you keep your Pride in an Artistic or Journalistic milieu there is unlikely to be any real damage done unless you call for violence or invasion and seizure of property and the violation of the quiet enjoyment of life.

GO AHEAD AND BE AS PROUD YOU WOULD WANT TO BE OF YOURSELF AND YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS OR CIRCUMSTANCES.

DO NOT DIMINISH THE PRIDE WHICH OTHER PERSONS HAVE IN THEMSELVES OR THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES. SELF ESTEEM AND CONFIDENCE AND EVEN DILIGENCE ARE ALL NECESSARY AND DO SPRING FORTH FROM PRIDE. 

PRIDE IS NECESSARY. PRIDE IS GOOD. WHEN PRIDE IS UNJUSTIFIED OR PRIDE CREATES DISREGARD AND MOTIVATES HARMFUL ACTS THEN THAT WOULD BE THE SIN OF PRIDE. The Malignant Narcissist Pride is a mental illness or neurosis.

 

GREED TRANSLATES EMOTIONALLY AS " I just want my own...." it turns out to be ``EVERYTHING!``

TO WANT YOUR OWN IS ALL RIGHT AS LONG AS THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE TAKING SOMEONE ELSE'S

There are people who believe that they are entitled to their own money, property, automobiles and power without working long and hard for everything.

They are people who think they have rights and entitlements and titles and powers despite the fact that they will be taking those things from people who worked and saved and invested their money and labor in other than themselves. Saving and Investing requires not having " your own" and spending lavishly on yourself but doing without unless you are rich or very successful. The people who generally would own property, have funds saved up and be transporting and supporting themselves and probably other persons have worked for those assets. Unless owners were bequested such assets by persons (who did give those assets to the present owner and did not intend that other persons should take the assets) then the property or whatever was worked for. All owned property was worked for by someone who put that asset in the hands of the owner and that person would most often be the owner.

THE WORST ASPECT OF GREED IS WHAT IS DONE WHEN ONE PERSON TAKES ANOTHER PERSON'S PROPERTY TO FACILITATE THEIR GREED. THAT IS WHERE MOST OF KILLING AND INVADING AND PILLAGING ORIGINATES. AS ONE PERSON TAKES THE PROPERTY OR MONEY OR PLEASURE FROM ANOTHER, VIOLENCE IS ALWAYS THREATENED OR PERPETRATED AND THE FALSE USE OF LAW OR AUTHORITY IS ALWAYS A THREAT OF VIOLENCE OR THE ACTUAL USE OF VIOLENCE.

PEOPLE HAVE TO REALIZE THAT IF THEY WANT THEIR "OWN" THEY HAVE TO WORK FOR THAT SITUATION.

I was a family supporting man so I worked and saved and did not blow money which was bequested to me but I invested everything I had in a home for my family which I had to house and clothe and support and that is not an Ego or Greed or Pride, it is the salt of the Earth which keeps human kind alive. 

That was basic and required property ownership I worked for long and hard, even spending eight months working on the house and I was characterized as an Exploiter of the Economy and an Egotist and a Yuppie and a Bad husband and dangerous and crazy. I was attacked by those who burned down the first house I worked on and that I owned, by strange resentful people who also had houses and acreages but thought I should not despite the fact I had visibly worked so hard to have a house. My ex- wife had the same Greed and Hatred and Resentment and wanted to kick me out of my house and have it as her own  and started or enhanced more hatred of and defamation of myself.

Greed can loom so large in some person's minds that they cannot tolerate the situation where a person has worked for and owns their own property that they have to destroy or seize or ruin the property or the peaceful enjoyment of that property.

This would be a lead into the Tenth Deadly Sin according to the Romans (Greeks also possibly), which is the sin of invoking or using the power of Authority to enrich yourself or unjustly punish others. 

The Fake 911 call is calculated to ruin the quiet enjoyment of property.

The false divorce scheme and defamation associated therewith is a process where property will pass from the owner-earner to a person who has not earned and does not own the property and irreparable damage is done to the legitimate owner as well.

On CNN this morning there was a reprise of a number or cases where white women called Police to respond against Black Men who were posing no danger to the 911 caller. Here in Canada a man does not have to be Black and the 911 calls against men who pose no threat cascade over the phone lines and through the air as well.  Wake up everybody,. Stop fake 911 calling. Prosecute the fake callers, each and every one. Litigate against this life destroying manifestation of GREED.

I AM GOING TO MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SUE AND PROSECUTE EVERY FAKE AND FRAUD I EXPERIENCED WHICH I KNOW HAVE DIMINISHED MY LIFE EXPERIENCE. 

 

EMOTIONALLY MOTIVATED OR SUCCUMBING TO THE TEMPTATION OF THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS?

BEHAVIOR WHICH IS NOT RATIONAL OR  BEHAVIOR WHICH IS  DISPROPORTIONATELY DAMAGING IS SAID TO BE EMOTIONALLY MOTIVATED 

Is this really a truth or is it just an excuse? I will write a series of blogs about this subject.

To comment in overview, I have just skimmed through on line information about the  "Emotions" and about the Seven Deadly Sins. To clarify: It was the Soul which was in deadly danger of not achieving "Eternal Life" and those sins were not all of the Mortal Sins nor were all of the Deadly Sins Mortal Sins. Theologians argue that the Seven Deadly Sins lead to the commission of Mortal Sins. Catholics mean- if you are not clean of Mortal Sin you will go to Hell forever.

 

I was first in Catechism at Holy Cross Boys School at Montreal Quebec, Jesuit Montessori School. Roman Catholics are the Sin and Hell Experts and even have Purgatory yes, Purgatory.

The designation of The Seven or Ten or Five Deadly Sins is a Religious Construct. The designations of the Emotions are a Psychological Construct. If the actions or words of a person damage another person that is BAD. That is the idea of the Seven Deadly Sins, you would NOT want to be on the receiving end of of one of the Sins.

 

If you would not want to be on the receiving end of an emotionally motivated action, it makes no difference if the action is committed as one of the Seven Deadly Sins or if it is Emotionally Motivated or if it is Calculated Psychopathy designed and motivated and planned to damage another person.

 

WHETHER THE AGGRESSOR IS A SINNER,  A DRAMA QUEEN EMOTIONAL SLAVE OR PSYCHOPATH MAKES NO DIFFERENCE TO THE VICTIM. THE DAMAGE ANGUISHES AND DAMAGES THE VICTIM, AND IT DOES NOT HELP A BIT WITH THAT TO BE TOLD THAT IT IS JUST AN EMOTIONAL REACTION WHICH HAS CAUSED THE BAD ACTS TO BE COMMITTED. THAT IS OFFENSIVE AND ADDITIONALLY DAMAGING. 

THE RAPIST AND THE MURDERER ARE THE WORST OFFENDERS ACCORDING TO THE CRIMINAL CODES OF MOST COUNTRIES AND I THINK THERE IS A LUST OR GREED OR HATRED MOTIVATION IN THOSE MOST SERIOUS CRIMES. THE OFFENDERS THROW OUT ALL COMPASSION AND MORALITY AND HATE AND TAKE AND KILL AND ANGUISH AND DISPOSSESS AND IF YOUR SEX PARTNER DOES THIS ARE THEY REALLY JUST ACTING EMOTIONALLY OR ARE THEY SINNERS AND PSYCHOPATHS

When someone you have not harmed says they hate you that is a hate crime and a sin not just an emotional reaction. When the actions of a person demonstrate hatred it is just as bad or worse.

Have to work on this Hatred thing some more and there are Envy, Greed, and Pride and much much more. The ancient Greeks and Romans even categorized and explained such sins as taking possessions by the false use of Authority and soliciting the false punishment of Authority to damage others and this was thousands of years before Fake 911 calls could be used to swat thy neighbor or husband or the unknown unseen person up the road.

DEERLEPE: DESTRUCTION AT SOOKE BC

Deerlepe is a 100 year old mansion which was just about destroyed recently, a few kilometers from my home property at Otter Point BC. I could not find a picture of the home without a person in front of it either before or after the Vandalism damaged the house. I would expect some to be posted somewhere eventually.    

                                    

                                                                           

I have experienced Vandalism and property destruction personally. The home I purchased at Otter Point BC in 1979 had not been fully finished and had BEEN PILFERED OF ITS COPPER WIRE AND PIPE and heaters and plumbing fixtures were ripped out. I worked eight months to finish the house, mostly alone. The house was burnt down June 20 1980.

After I rebuilt my (1980) burned down home with the home I am still living in, one of the profoundly mentally ill locals said "Out here I could shoot you right off that fancy silver bicycle and the RCMP would not even investigate". Does that not speak volumes. RCMP and CRD did not really like us who had migrated from the City. They liked the redneck drunken mental cases real fine, authoritarian contraries doing as little as they pleased, were they ``goofing up``. Were they Friends with the bad young men who took all the copper out of my first house and later the jewellery inventory and then yapped and drank and snorted til the crazy kid and the known to Police criminal psycho as well perhaps, burnt my first  house down.

I had been at the first house alone for months til a few days before the arson, I left in the evening to pick up glass for the deck enclosure and I guess he or they did not know my wife and child were in the house. They escaped but a few hours later they would have been asleep and I might or might not have been back with the glass panels for the deck enclosure. 

WHEN MY FIRST HOME ON THIS PROPERTY WAS LOOTED AND LATER BURNED AUTHORITIES DID NOT EVEN INVESTIGATE THE CRIME, THEY WERE SUSPICIOUS OF ME, THE OWNER.

What an encouragement for those who did the crimes, for any other mental cases who heard about the crime and the deflection of suspicion onto the man who lost all his possessions, his jewellery equipment and creative and finished inventory worth several times the value of the insurance, and the house lost as well. The house I worked on for eight months to finish.

A SUCCESSION OF CRIMES AND THEFTS AND VANDALISMS WERE PERPETRATED AT MY            PROPERTY WITH IMPUNITY FOR MANY YEARS BEFORE AND AFTER I OWNED THE PROPERTY.

DOWN THE HILL 4131 OTTER POINT ROAD IS BURNED LOOK AT THE REMAINING FOUNDATION.

THE MOST EASILY SEEN VANDALISM AND THEFT IS THE EVIDENCE OF TAKING AWAY THE SOIL FROM AN ACRE AND DIGGING A 300 FOOT LONG 12 FOOT DEEP DITCH TO FURTHER DAMAGE AND DIVERT LARULLA CREEK WHICH WAS ALREADY UNLAWFULLY DAMMED AND DIVERTED ON THE PALFRY PROPERTY UPSTREAM

INSTEAD OF SITING MY HOME ON THE HILLTOP AS APPROVED BY PERMIT  A 17 FOOT DEEP HOLE WAS DUG IN FRONT OF THE HILL TO PLACE MY LAWFULLY  CONTRACTED HOME INTO AT 4129 OTTER POINT ROAD WHERE FLOODING SWEPT RIGHT THROUGH THE HOUSE UNTIL I INSTALLED EXTENSIVE DRAINAGE SYSTEMS AND IF THERE IS A SERIOUS STORM THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM WILL BE INSUFFICIENT AND THE LOWER FLOOR AND GARAGE WILL BE SWEPT AWAY.

Pretty hard to believe, eh. All you have to do is go back to the earlier blogs which are titled as HOW COULD IT BE LAWFUL TO and specifically for the land raping ... EXCAVATE MY LAND.

CAPRICIOUS JUSTICE HAS THE DAMAGE DOCUMENTED AND THE DISREGARD.

There are lots of pictures to show what was done and the real thing can easily be seen here at my Otter Point home a few kilometers from Deerlepe where a mansion a hundred years old was trashed and spray painted and all the stained glass was broken and where I wonder would the 20 to 35 year old vandals have gotten the idea they could do this with impunity? That is not a new idea. It is an Otter Point and Sooke idiocy, a long standing tradition protected by the ineptness of and the failure to recognize the authority of property ownership by the Police and CRD. Do you not think that the mentally ill vandals do not draw their cue to disregard private property and property rights because the Police and By-Law think those rights are a joke and they raid and trespass without Judicial warrant or cause and play the fake 911 call game too. I have seen  trespassers ape the conduct of the Police and By-Law, posturing and looking for anything that could be reported to cause trouble and while they are trespassing why not steal something or break something or do something that will cause the owner anguish, just like the Police and By-Law do. These persons do not think or have no conscience.

The same men I SAW who raped the land and probably did all the rest of the crimes here at my Otter Point property  encouraged their children to flout the law and authority of property ownership by bringing their children on to this property. Yes they did.  They also cleared vegetation and had their children stalk and peep down at my house, yard and family. THEY WERE GLARING AT US AND MOCKING ME IN MY INABILITY TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT HAD BEEN DONE TO RUIN LAND AND HOUSES. That is what sets up the destruction of Deerlepe Mansion as a protected and cultivated tradition I do think.

THE BROAD STROKES OF THE LAW

THE LAW COVERS ALL OF EVERYTHING FORWARDS AND BACKWARDS AND BOTH WAYS UNDER ALL SITUATIONS. 

Exactly what is it that I am saying? There are no magic loopholes in the body of Law. Generally fakery and round pegs in square holes are required to skirt the Law or worse to distort the Law to create unlawful  or unjust or even inequitable situations under Color of Law.

My one time legal representative and sometimes adviser Charles Phippen QC said that in each and every damaging situation where a person suffers loss or even the loss of comfort as a result of damaging acts the Law covered and provided remedy for that damage. The problem he said was obtaining enforcement.

HUNDREDS OF INTELLIGENT PERSONS HAVE GATHERED FOR HUNDREDS OF YEARS IN PARLIAMENTS TO CRAFT LAWS WHICH WOULD HONESTLY PROTECT EVERYONE IN ALL SITUATIONS.

Do not think you have discovered the magic of uncovered ground, that will not happen. The exception would be Municipal By-Laws which are created by morons to tilt the playing field in business or development or for political purposes; for purposes which are often not lawful and are rarely just.  I do condemn the self serving nature of many Municipal By-Laws and even the Laws passed by Provincial Legislatures serve the local governments or civil servants and not the Citizens, the persons whose well being is supposed to be Paramount. 

Canada's federal Parliament can be responsible for passing Laws which are damaging to some persons but the Supreme Court of Canada should deal with these transgressions. In addition my prescient noted, as the Supreme Courts of the United States of America and especially the United Kingdom rule so rules the Supreme Court of Canada. The Law should be not a mystery or an irrational injustice. By nature Law is supposed to be fair, evenhanded and true.

                                                                         

The use of ruse:there is no excuse

         Capricious Justice : Marijuana : Narking Continues

   I remember a time that marijuana and hashish use were so narked on that if anyone found out, in some cases there would be a police alarm raised and people would be dragged off over a seed. I have heard the statement made that opinion should not be spoken or Police would get a drug call.

Really terribly noxious and repulsive, the trying to hunt out neighbors or relatives who grew their own or for others, the encouragement by police to get By-Law officers to snoop out property without a warrant, and the 911 callers encouraged to call Police by By-Law. Who thinks this is lawful must be daft. The encouragement of fake 911 call morons is the result of a policy of using anything conceivable no matter how thin and irrational the premise to overrule law and the courts and get on to that property, into that house and grab that occupant.

I bet you think this was the bad old days. Not so, the threatening of growers by persons who should know better continues. The dangerous man, get in there and protect me by arresting him for something fakery continues.( years ago: Police said, in my presence, "if any doors or windows are open we are coming in") that in conjunction with threats to come any time and 24/7 activity. There are still reports of by-law empowered police trying to get doors to spring open by kicking and then they are in. Highly illegal but acted out through dumb damn color of law reasoning and a stated desire to "just do their jobs" but with a torturous override. "zero tolerance".

Very disturbing was the Police Chief czar of Canada Marijuana and the possible 14 years in jail for a teenager providing marijuana to other teenagers or other associated acts, or the random drug testing on the streets, swabbing for marijuana impaired drivers. Creepy for a legalization day.

I was watching the endless degenerate business and politics and I coincidentally thought of how hogwash has flooded contemporary reality. Not that it started yesterday, but like a physical flood the sewage level rises as more and more hogwash falls from above and wells up from below and seeps in from all around until our society is submerging into the hogwash flood.

Then I thought about the "we are coming anytime" which I do have notes but I will guess that Andrew Dolan CRD By-Law whose cartoons are on Keith Martian MPY Channel YouTube, one of my channels, said this.  

MY AUTOMATIC THOUGHT SHUFFLING PLACED THE THREATENING PRONUNCIATION OF DOLAN NEXT TO THE BLOG, THE LAW COVERS EVERYTHING, AND I EQUATED THAT HIS THREAT THAT THEY COULD BE ANYTIME MEANS THAT THEY WOULD MAKE THINGS UP AND YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN BECAUSE IF YOU DID SOMETHING YOU WOULD KNOW THEY WERE COMING BUT IF YOU DID NOT.......

WORLD WAR ON STICK RAPE

THE STICK RAPERS ARE BEING FORCED OUT IN THE OPEN, STRAFE THE PERVERTED BASTARDS EVERY DAY ALL DAY LONG.

I have been discoursing about Stick Rape for a long long time. It was the analysis of my beater mother's expression of transported bliss as she swung her 36 inch oak steel edged ruler and flailed with an inch thick oak or hickory broomstick which first alerted me to Stick Rape. Stick Rapers love broomsticks, people say that men compensate for inadequate endowment with fast cars etc. but the penisless truly love the giant phallus of a broomstick even more than a tiny dicked prep school "boy"does.

 WHEN AN ADULT ATTACKS A FOUR YEAR OLD THE ADULT IS SIX TIMES AS BIG. THAT IS LIKE TO HAVING A GRIZZLY BEAR ONTO AN ADULT. AS WELL AS THE STICKS, MY MOTHER WOULD YANK MY HEAD BY THE HAIR FROM BEHIND AND THEN THE OTHER WAY TO THROW ME TO THE FLOOR AND SOMETIMES JUMPED ONTO ME CRUSHING ME BREATHLESS BENEATH HER ENTIRE BODY WEIGHT.

Did this traumatize me and make me fearful for life and then family and authorities and fake 911 callers and trespassers triggered reprise of the childhood trauma over and over  until I am almost always in a state of Collapse Immobility or Tonic Immobility. Almost all the time every day for most of the years since 1993 with periods of recovery some years but always it seems precipitated back into the immobility and breathlessness   I suffered after childhood beatings by some new abuse. 

This Post is about the look of transported bliss and another telltale sign of the Stick Raper. The latter is a set to the jaw which telegraphed my mother's intention to start beating or berating. When my ex-wife said  "We are taking you down...etc."she had the same set to the jaw. 

MUCH MORE COMMON IS THE LOOK OF TRANSPORTED BLISS WHICH STICK RAPERS EXHIBIT AS THE VICTIM IS TRAUMATIZED AT THE ONSET OF ATTACK.

I CAN COMPARE OVER AND OVER THE EXPRESSIONS OF THOSE WHOSE MOTIVATION AND " GETTING ROCKS OFF " I KNOW WITH THE EXPRESSION OF ORGASMIC BLISS OF PERSONS WHOSE MOTIVATIONS I DO NOT KNOW BUT SURE  DO FIGURE OUT.

IT IS REALLY SICK TO BE PRESENTING THE SAME PERVERTED LOOK OF TRANSPORTED BLISS GETTING YOUR ROCKS OFF AS MY CHILD ABUSING MOTHER DID. WHEN MY BROTHER CAME TO THE BUSINESS I HAD BEEN FORCED TO CREATE AND FINANCE FOR MY ABUSIVE WIFE AND HE TOLD ME " MOTHER HAS DECIDED YOU ARE GOING TO PAY INTEREST AT THE RATE OF HER HIGHEST PAYING INVESTMENT " I SAID "WHAT'' AND HE FLASHED ME THE LOOK AS HE SAW HOW TRAUMATIZED I WAS. I THINK IT WAS HE WHO TOLD THE STICK RAPE GANG OF FAMILY WOMEN THAT I WOULD NEVER AGREE TO PAY INTEREST SO HE HAD TO TELL ME LATER AND HE ENJOYED IT. 

The last CRD officer here, out from Victoria with a bogus fail to shovel snow ticket, Gardiner, queer as a three dollar bill, had that sexual enjoyment getting his rocks off look, the look, as he dominated me and I am still nauseated and traumatized. HIS STICK WAS TWO POLICE TRUCKS AND TWO GOONS HE HAD WITH HIM. I said " I have an address for Service box for legal documents at 1317 Hillside Avenue" One of the two goons looked back at me wishing he could assault me or abduct me from my property, I could damned well tell what his facial expression portrayed. I did record who what and when in my Diary often and there have been inappropriately pleasured people here and at my Rockcliffe Apartments and at the BCSC. Harold Turnham gloated and had that perverted look of pleasure on his face as he pointed me out theatrically while I established a precedent, I did solo, Canadian Case Law Collard vs Pincombe. Sheriffs surrounded me, I collapsed, I felt so unsafe after that I never rollerbladed on the streets again. I thought if they will attack me before the Bar they could run me over. People who work for and will destroy the legitimacy of the Supreme Court of British Columbia could run me down as I rollerbladed I feared.
