THE "CULTURE OF CRUELTY": A MANIFESTATION OF WIDESPREAD MENTAL ILLNESS IN MODERN  SOCIETY.

I have declared that those who are enamored of punishing, curtailing and seizing when they are in no danger are profoundly and dangerously mentally ill. A proponent of the theory and observation  that there is a Culture of Cruelty pointed out how the infliction of cruelty on some citizens brings about closer bonds between those who have excluded "others". I remember the declaration of a person who is an apologist for the culture of cruelty " They are friends " he said. I was surprised and revolted by the mocking tone of voice, the connotation was that I was not part of "friends".  It is clear to me now that despite my hard work and success I was regarded as in jeopardy and as unprotected because I refuse to fawn upon or to ingratiate myself with authorities. The Culture of  Cruelty obtain their gratification through exclusion and a horrific misuse of State power.

THE HONOR OF THE CROWN

T he Supreme Court of Canada has ruled " Canada must Maintain the honor of the Crown"                                                            

THE PERSONS AND ORGANIZATIONS WHO SUPPORTED SEPARATISM AND THE FLQ  HAVE OPENLY STATED THEIR DISHONOR OF THE CROWN AND THEIR WISH TO CLEANSE QUEBEC FROM THE MULTI-CULTURALISM WHICH HAD NATURALLY AND BENEFICIALLY EVOLVED. I LIVED THERE. IT WAS VERY INTERESTING AND FUN.

LOOK WHAT WE HAVE NOW. BE AWARE THAT THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS SUPPRESSED THERE ARE REQUIREMENTS TO FAVOR THE FRENCH LANGUAGE AND BAR THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. FROM COMMERCIAL SIGNAGE TO THE LANGUAGE OF IMMIGRANTS PERMITTED ENTRY THROUGH THE LANGUAGE USED TO EDUCATE  A CHILD  THERE IS A CONSTANT PUSH TOWARDS EVERYTHING FRENCH.. I WAS BORN IN MONTREAL QUEBEC AND LIVED THERE FOR MANY YEARS. I AM NOT FRENCH.

THE SUPREME COURT OF CANADA RULED THAT THE HONOR OF THE CROWN REQUIRED ETHICAL ACTION.

For many decades I have stated that when a person is representing the Crown, enforcing law and maintaining order and standards that person has sworn that they would be be truthful, ethical and faithful to the Law and their mandate to aid and protect Canada its citizens and their property. The Supreme Court of Canada ruling involved a duty to uphold the Honor of the Crown in the situation where the right of the plaintiffs was recognized though it was not spelled out in treaty or in an agreement. I have described the situations I have been involved in as requiring complete honesty and dedication to the mandate they operated under. I have stated  " YOU SWORE AN OATH " and this means you must represent Canada as you so swore, you must uphold  THE HONOR OF THE CROWN.

                                

When I was growing up attending English Catholic School the honorable nature of government was not questioned. We felt we could trust our government and its representatives, I was shocked to hear that the Montreal Mayor Drapeau  was said to be corrupt. I could not understand how this would be accomplished.

Federation Liberation de Quebec came along and totally disrespected the Crown and its agencies and any royal association meant obliteration. I think that the FLQ attitude was present in my in-law Francine and in the large number of French Canadians in the local RCMP detachment. I think it was a brainwashed idiocy which led the French Canadians to damage myself and to admittedly hate me. Mindless as blowing up Mail Boxes because Royal was emblazoned on the Mail Box. I remember that someone was killed by a Mail Box blowup. 

  "Canada Exposed FLQ Channel" YouTube Search has animations of what was factually stated as Federation Liberation de Quebec policy and goals of the Seperatists and the bone chilling pogrom and ethnic cleansing proposed by George Shorters.    I TEST GOOGLED THE CHANNEL, FAR DOWN THE PAGE LOOK FOR THE PAPER MACHE' HEAD OF MICHELLE JEAN LAFOND. She has a blue headdress and an FLQ sign. MOB MOB MOB & MOMOB

USA  POLITICIAN SAID " THIS IS MOB RULE '' AND THOUGH I DID NOT AGREE I DID SEE. 

  Democracy has been lost in many ways into a manipulated crowd response and into crowd bullying of smaller groups and individuals. There is a lot of public input that is simply a negativist overpowering of individual will.  There is a stamp of legitimacy placed upon those who win elections that  overrules the will of individuals and groups for no real reason that I would accredit.  The protection against a myriad of public nuisances and dangers is real and necessary . Protection to assuage fears or opinions or prejudices is catering to Mob Rule. 

I object to the acquiescence to the will of Police and By-Law and Sheriffs which is widely practiced and IS DEMANDED FROM PERSONS WHO DO NOT ASCRIBE TO ACQUIESCENCE  as they are competent to administer their affairs and property and will not damage anyone or their property particularly when the property is large, rural and screened by vegetation. Businesses are highly regulated as well and have insurance and mortgage company oversight and the businesses and their owners should not be subject to any unnecessary acquiescence to authorities caused by telephone callers who remain anonymous but who create a state of conflict with authorities.

If the activity on a property damages the surroundings or environment in a real manner then of course regulation is necessary.

 When a person makes a disposition of property or capital if that property or capital is seized or diverted from the use the owner intended, as I recently wrote: ``by force or in my (ones) absence or under color of law`` and I would add by fraud or coercion or the creation of fear or declaring unworthyness or through defamation, this should not occur. Authorities should not refuse to act  nor should they blindly protect the offending persons.  PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND PROPERTY USE SHOULD BE PROTECTED, FREEDOM OF ACTION AND DISPOSITION SHOULD  NOT BE SUBJECT TO  MOB RULE. 

If the activity of an individual does damage to persons or property the actions taken by authorities are legitimate. If the activity of a person or group is disliked or characterized negatively that is no reason for authorities to act or raid or publish defamation against a person or group. The most egregious false motivation of authorities is through predictive negativity and declarations about what a person or group thinks or feels. As I wrote previously: Nuts Nuts it is all so Nuts.

IF A NUMBER OF NEIGHBORS OR RELATIVES OR LAW OFFICERS ACT WITHOUT LAWFUL PURPOSE AGAINST A PERSON OR GROUP THEY ARE A MOB OF BULLIES THIEVES AND TERRORISTS. A MOB.
